Q.1 How do I order my medicine?

1. We have few steps which you need to follow to get your order.

3. Next go to the category of medication you are looking for. The next step is to add to the cart and the select the quantity which you are looking for.  Click on check to proceed.

4. The checkout is a page where you have two options. Either you could checkout as guest or you could register with us. Once you click on check out as guest, the screen will have the billing information and there are some mandatory fields on that page which includes your first name and last name, your billing address, zip code and your telephone number.

5.   Finally you come on to the payment option page.  The payment option is either by E check method or we have the other option which is mainly Bank transfer method.

Q.2 What happens after the generation of order number?

Once your order number gets generated you will receive a conformational mail from our side with all the details.

Q.3 What is the method of cancelling the order once placed?

In case of cancellation you could call the customer care team for the cancellation. Cancellation is only allowed till first twenty hours after the order’s confirmation. We can cancel the order till the moment we have not shipped your product. Once shipped the order cannot be cancelled.

For Customer in United States: You could track the order on Indian post for first 24 to 48 hours. After 24 to 48 hours you could track the order on United States postal services.

For Customers in Other countries: You could track the order in first 24 to 48 hours. After 24 to 48 you could track the order on Parcel force and Royal mail.

Q.2 How can you know if your order is confirmed?

A moment you get an email which we have sent you after processing your order it assures order confirmation.  The order confirmation email send to you contains the name of medication which you have chosen the price of the medication and what are the modes of payment.

Q.1 What is the payment option?

The payment option is by E-Check method and this mode is accepted all over the United States.  For countries other than United States the payment option is by Bank transfer and Western Union.

Q.2 Is my payment kept confidential and how could I trust the mode of payment?

In United States the mode of payment is E Check and your payment is totally confidential. The E Check is processed by the third party i.e. Charge one which is a United States Government registered company. The charge one company will call the customer and ask the customer for the approval of the payment.  Until and unless the customer will not approve the payment from his end no one can withdraw money from his account.
